Verbal Aggression, Bad customer service

I have just experienced the most appalling serve at Nike, verbally attack by an sales consultant, (i think) whose pregnant.assistant manager did not help in calming anyone down. **** service when attempting to try on shoes. Aggressive attitude, verbally attacked for a prior meeting. Extremely rude. The sales consultant in question refused in giving me her name.
