Utterly disgusted

I have never experienced such incompetence at one of your stores, I asked for them to contact you and Neo refused.

Neo has no customer service whatsoever and actually prefers arguing with customers “and says he has freedom of speech”.

I found an item which was on the shelf and asked one of the guys named Mondli if there was a size smaller at the back. Mondli gladly assisted and went to the back and found the size. When we got to the till point the item didn’t scan. If was then discovered that the item that was brought by Mondli was not yet uploaded on your systems. I said to Neo, I want the item as I saw it on the shelve, Neo deliberately refused and instead gave it to one of your other guys to go put it away.

Neo and this unknown staff member then made a fool of me by playing netball with the items.

I have never been disrespected like this ever. Those boys literally insulted my intelligence. To top it all he instructed the Indian lady who assisted to charge me what ever price it is so that I could get out of the shop.

I don’t know if this is how you deal with customers when situations like these arise. I’m honestly puzzled. The level of disrespect cannot be measured at all. He wanted to blame Mondli and reprimanded him in our presence for giving us the item. Mondli did nothing wrong, he helped a customer that needed a size and has to suffer for someone who didn’t do their job by putting those items on the system.

I am actually disgusted.
