Unresonable Horrible Customer Services NIKE CW

In all my years shopping at Nike i have had the worst customer experience ever, My partner bought a pair of Nike running Airmax however when i received my gift it was not the right size.<br> <br> I requested a smaller size as there was not my size available in Cape Town i suggested from a store in JHB.<br> I was then told by the store manager I need to arrange my own courier services from Nike store in JHB to Nike Cape town Canal Walk.<br> <br> I am extremely disappointed that a well established company such as Nike which is a very good brand would turn down a customer and provide such poor customer services.<br> <br> The trainers that were purchased cost over R2000.00 so they will rather lose out and refund me than to go the extra mile and put in some effort to arrange the courier from JHB.<br> <br> Never ever have I had such unbelievably horrible service, I will never recommend the brand to anyone again.<br>
