Try to do better

I placed an order on the 23 December 2024 I got a confirmation email no tracking details nothing until today I'm waiting on my sneakers my sneakers was worth over R4000 ...I called customer service only for the agent to tell me it will be delivered on the 15 January 2025 ..I could not wait so long a few days after I called in again just to find out my order was lost or ****** they don't even know what actually happened ..now they said they going to put my money back into my acc I'm still waiting ...iv been a customer of nikes for a few years now and never has this happened no communication what so ever nothing at all..im very dissapointed with this company I will never order from.them ever again...all I want is my money back I placed orders with companies over seas and received my stuff withing 5 days nike is just bad through and through really bad service think twice before u order from them ....
