Terrible Service or Possible ****

If I could I would give negative ratings... I am so infuriated. I ordered a pair of shoes 3 weeks ago the said delivery with 6 days.. I cannot get hold of anyone at the company. I have emailed, their customer service seems to always be "temporarily unavailable"... PLEASE IF ANYONE COULD HELP..
