Terrible Service from such a big brand

Terribly disappointed by Nike. I bought just items online on the 25th of October as a gift to my brother for his birthday. Status of the order remained unchanged for a week, I called in and was assured I'd get the order before the 11th of Nover which was still before my bro's birthday.

I check today and I'm told the order is showing as inactive and they'll have to refund me. As if that wasn't enough, I'll have to wait up to 10 days for the refund?! This is terrible for a brand as big as this. Clearly it'll be worse during the upcoming Black Friday. What an experience for a first time online buyer. Truly disappointed.
