Terrible Product

I have tried to engage with Nike but as yet I have received no feedback. I have addressed this matter now with Total Sport only to find out that the sneakers purchase are two months out of guarantee so I am totally discussed that NIKE's belief is to create a product that merely lasts a year and two months before a consumer must literally get rid of it. Truly the worst sneakers I have ever purchased for training at the gym (terribly uncomfortable on my feet as the heel feels like it's broken, this may have been a defect from the beginning). And I cannot believe that twice a week gym could possible produce this wear and tear on the product within a time frame on a mere year as I have several other sneakers twice its aged and they are all extremely functional. I AM SHOCKED, Nike's core values are \...is all about the athletes it serves and the inspiration and innovation Nike products provide to them. Even your mission statement is \"To bring inspiration and innovation to every athlete* in the world. *If you have a body, you are an athlete. Big words and yet from this experience I total lie. I will NEVER purchase another Nike product again!!!"
