Terrible customer care

Nike Factory outlet at East point shopping center was a nice store to shop at, but i never realise the owner of the store was a woman wearing a red jersey. She approached us on saturday the 17th just after 3pm and said no trolleys in the store. So my wife told her that the 6month old baby is inside. She said that we must leave "it" by the door. So my wife told her that she is rude and she wont buy here. So the owner in the red pul***** jersey said that she does not care and walked away. Is this the type of attitude that nike portrays? Should i take my business to rival competitors?
