Sportscene southgate selling **** sneakers

I bought a jordon Sneaker at sportscene Southgate Mall on the 31st of June 2025 and my sneakers is ****. It's changed shape and I bought the same shoe at Fourways mall Nike store but it's still has its original shape and color but this one from Southgate sportscene has lost its color and shape also when I wear it you can tell it's **** or a replica. @ Nike SA please assist urgently.
