Shoes break after three months of use

I would just like to express my great dissatisfaction with your 2015 Nike free's 5.0. I have had these shoes for all of three months and they have already broken. I purchased these shoes because I wanted a shoe that met all my needs, due to the fact that I play a variety of sport and wanted to gym in it. A piece of sole at the bottom of my shoe has completely broken off, this is absolutely unacceptable. I paid about R1400 and I expected quality, and I got a shoes that breaks within three months. This is highly unacceptable I wouldn't expect this from Nike. Better yet I have sent this exact complaint to Nike customer service got a reply that I would get a response in 24 hours, but still no reply? this is poor from a world leading brand. I have been left highly angered. it has been 17 days and not reply!
