SHOCKING SERVICE BY NIKE SOUTH AFRICA - DISGUSTING

Have you ever tried to return something online with NIKE - well I will advise you not to SHOP ONLINE with them. You cannot return it to any NIKE Store & you have to do it online ** WHICH IS A COMPLETE LAUGH - they are not reachable, you hold on forever on their land line *** & then they direct you to their site - which is also not user friendly. There is no way to get a clear answer on your status of your return ANYWHERE - ACCORDINGLY TO ME - they have ****** my money & IF THEY DO NOT RETURN IT by the end of this week, I will open a case of THEFT against them. Aramex who is their returns company picked up my parcel on the 10th of August and i have not heard from Aramex or Nike South Africa ever since. BETTER SERVICE IS EXPECTED FROM A BRAND LIKE NIKE - Disgusting. What is up with the fact that you can't speak to a PERSON anymore???
