Shocking!!! Just don’t do it!

SHOCKING!!! I have placed an online order on the 25th October, OVER 2 MONTHS AGO, and haven’t received it. Nobody can tell me when I will get the order and customer care has started to completely ignore me. This is borderline theft!!! I have demanded a refund, which they agreed to, but they have not acted on that promise. I have BEGGED for someone to talk to who actually knows what’s going on, but I keep getting directed to no name individuals who don’t take responsibility for anything and don’t reply at all. I can’t believe this is coming from Nike.
