Rude, Arrogant, Abusive & pathetic Staff at NIKE

My wife bought a T-shirt for my birthday on Fri 01/01 at K/Shaka Airport for R700. When i tried it , the T-shirt was big & I was not happy with the color,hence requested her to exchange it. She went to the Gateway store today to return it & was rudely told by Kim,' you cannot return it here as you purchased it from another store'. Her attitude was rude & arrogant. My wife explained to her that the King Shaka said we could return it at any store. After refusing to accept her reason,Kim in a rude & aggressive manner went to the back of the store & returned. She said the T-Shirt had a perfume smell& cannot take it back.Obviously i tried the T-shirt on,& my scent went onto the Nike shirt. The original tag was still intact, so i dont see what the problem was. Whilst attending to me, there was a white customer & she ignored me &served him. She took my name & number down.I proceeded to the King Shaka airport to return the T-Shirt. Before I can say anything, the lady (Kim) said 'you coming from Gateway. She sniffed the T-shirt and said, we cannot accept it as it was worn. She was arrogant,rude & showed no customer empathy. I am taking this matter to the media,Consumer council & Wendy Know
