Refund

I bought shoes online. Money went off my account and i didnt get any order confirmation. I called u call centre that advised that payment was rejected and they will refund it within 10working days. I made the transaction on the 6th of October 2023 till date and i mean till date i still havent received my money!! Everytime i phone their call centre im being told different stories, i dont think the consultants there even know what they are doing. Im so disappointed in the service i dont care anymore about the product. I just need yall to reimburse me thats all
