Refund.

I’ve purchased an Air Jordan Sneaker online on the 25th which it was supposed to be a gift for my son for his birthday on the 12th but on the app no status update on the ETA till I contacted them in regard to it which it’s only today they say to me it was supposed to arrive today but stuck in customs when I requested for my refund they tell me about 10 days which is totally unacceptable. I am so disappointed with NIKE.
