Quality and Service Poor

My sister bought me a bionic 1. from the Sandton Women store when they opened and now its tearing at the seams - the store manager would not help then took the takkie and promised to call me in a week. After a week I went to the store - the manager was on leave and didn't bother to let me know what the outcome of the takkie. According to the manager one duty that day she could not help as she had every excuse in the book. What pathetic service - prices are sky high and quality is poor. <br> I then decided to go to the Nike store in Woodmead and request a size 6 - the attendant gave me a 7 and when I returned the store is now closed. Now I'm sitting with the wrong size takkie.
