"Premium" brand with poor quality staff

Your Fourways Branch staff are extremely unprofessional!! I called in making an enquiry on a shoe. Firstly they don't answer, call back and don't even say who they are. I start enquiring about the shoe and I get a revolting disgusting attitude. Just asking if they must reserve the shoe to make a sale. I'll never buy a shoe from you again. Train your staff on professionalism. You market yourselves as a premium brand but the quality of you staff is disgusting.
