Poorly informed staff

My son bought me a new pair of shoes from Nike store in Clearwater mall, while he was in the store he gave me a call as to what size I would prefer and while he was was on the call to me he asked the sales person if the shoes don't fit can we exchange them at any Nike store in Pretoria and was told you may !<br> <br> So this is the frustrating part , the shoes where to big so I googled the location of Nike stores in Pretoria .<br> There was one store in centurion mall, one in menlyn park shopping centre and one I Atterbury value mart.<br> <br> So because I live in centurion I went to centurion mall guess what store closed down after the web site said it was there, paid my parking for nothing.<br> Next stop menlyn , guess what store closed down after it still appears on the web site again paid my parking and petrol for nothing.<br> Next stop Atterbury Value Mart , this shop was there but only to be told that this store is a factory store and they cannot help me.<br> My only option is to go to the Sandton store!,,<br> Thank you Nike I feel so good about the purchase of your product.<br> <br> Never again!
