Poor service Nike SA

I placed an order on the 20th November 2025 with a expected delivery date of the 2nd December 2025. I followed up with an agent on your website on the 2nd December. After an hour of waiting, the agent tells me they can't fulfill the order. The agent say they will cancel the order. He then cancels the order and leaves the chat! Firstly, this is absolutely shocking service. How can I order something if it is not available? Then the communication is pathetic. If i did not follow up, nothing would have happened!
