Poor service Nike Factory Shop Durban

Staff at the Nike Factory shop in Springfield, Durban seem to have the attitude that they are doing the customer a favor by assisting you.

you are told one thing by the team on the floor and a complete different story at the till when it come to the discounts on promotional items.

Unfortunately informing the manager at the store is to be of absolute no use when it come to the attitude of how the staff treat the customers.

This isn't the first time we have experienced this type of behavior from the team at the store.
