Poor service from Nike

Poor and unexpected service I received from Nike. It’s six months now after several emails and telephone discussions regarding my refund. They kept on promising but failed to deliver just an amount of R800. Even today I am still waiting. I don’t know which channel to follow anymore to get Nike to refund me. I even lost interest of the brand. Thanks.
