Poor quality! Tore after second wear

I purchased a pair of WMNS Flex RN shoes at the Nike outlet in Atterbury Pretoria about 3 weeks ago and after wearing them for the second time they tore. I was running and the shoe sc****d the side walk and tore. This is unacceptable. Being a running shoe it should never tear so easily. I am very upset and hope to hear from Nike soon. I have the receipt and the box. Unfortunately I live about 400 km's away from Pretoria so I can not bring them back to where I purchased them. This makes me wonder if we are only paying for the name because a shoe of quality would withstand a bump against tar.
