Poor quality

Dear Nike! I heard all these great things about Nike. So I bought a pair of Nike running shoes for women. They have low mileage on (I know since I hardly used them)- and yet their inside heel area is completely shaved away. They are still in perfect condition- but now I need to buy new running shoes since I can't even walk around the block without them giving me blisters. I am very dissappointed in the quality of my Nike shoes. If this is the case with all your shoes what is the point in paying so much for these running shoes if the quality is no better than a no name brand.
