Poor Nike Online Purchasing

ATTENTION: COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT!!

We purchased shoes online, it took a month to come. We got no updates, but we finally got through after struggling to get hold of Nike. We were informed that the shoes were lost in transit. After waiting a month for shoes with no communication to tell us it has been lost if we did not follow up we would have waited forever.

We spoke to your call agent and she advised the refund of R2149.97 will be credited to my card within 10 working days, It's been almost 3 weeks, and still nothing. On top of that, they gave us a 15% discount ?? For all this inconvenience, we ended up purchasing from @NewBalance Online the shoes came within a week.

I do not understand why it's taking this long to refund us, for such a top brand ?

When we paid for the shoes it was debited immediately, but for a refund we wait 3 plus weeks?

The order was placed on the 23rd of October it is now the 12 of December.

What a huge disappointment and inconvenience. Someone needs to take responsibility for this. We make frequent purchases online and have never experienced this before.
