Poor Customer service

I bought my Nike dunk few months back in Nike store located in Sandton and I am not happy with the quality, with the brand and the price I paid for those shoes I expected good quality, and to last me for Years. I took the shoes back to the branch which I bought from and I was told that they will get back to me apparently the store manager was waiting for the area manager to confirm on whether I should be assisted or not... That was on the 7 November 2024 till today I'm still waiting, their customer service is bad really bad.
