POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am so disappointed, I bought a pair of white airforce boots at Nike in Clearwater. I was looking for a size and I was given a pair and was told and believe that it was a size but the by the time I wanted to wear my pair of sneakers I realized it was two big different sizes a 5 and half and Six and half and that was after 14days.

I went back to the store to return it and I was told to exchange it with something I didn't want to exchange for anything because I wanted a pair of white airforce and the one they sold was actually the last pair that they had in the store

I then requested for a for refund because they were at fault for desplaying and letting me buy a pair that doesn't match (Odds)

I was then told by the manager that they haven't made Money since in the morning at 9:00 utill around 15:00,I honestly didnt want to believe it because she was mad that I requested for a refund

I told her that I want a refund, She was shouting I am the manager, I am the Manager here so listen to me I am the doing the talking now, I gave her the chance to Speak however she was so rude and Mean she doesn't have manner of approach at all. She told me to leave my details they will call me once they have an amount of 1200.

Around 18:00 they didn't call and I went back to the store I got there they told me that they only have a R1000 I then told the that I will wait she makes a plan. Then she started shouting telling me that Yes u can But I don't have money, what do u want us to do??? Do You want to go and Dig in our bags and the other cashier loudly said to me that I was being Unreasonable because I wanted my Money and they only had a R1000 in the Store.
