Pathetic service

I bought some items online on the 28/11/2024 and when I checked it was saying dispatched. Aramex called me on the 11/12/2024 to confirm my address but I never recieved my parcel or any feedback up until I called Aramex today on 18/12/2024 and they then told me that the driver was hijacked and I should contact Nike. I am very disappointed in the quality of service I recieved from both companies. Meaning had I not called I would still be waiting, that time I had ordered kids Christmas clothes.
