pathetic service

after spending the last month in the store almost everyday spending thousands of rands in the store today I had the most unpleasant experience in the store and its not the 1st time this specific employee gives me such horrible service. the guys name is herchelle he is the most unpleasant person to ask for assistance. today I called the store advising I was on my way and would like a shoe t be kept aside for me for about a hour as I would like to purchase on my arrival. when I got there I asked for the shoe at the till as the guy that was so kind to help me Duayne advised he would leave it there for me. apon my arrival I approached Hercelle asking for the shoe kept left in front for me to collect. he looked at me and told me he put it back out as no one is allowed to put things aside for clients and just carried on with what he was doing like its nothing.i then went o look on the floor to find the shoe only t find another client with it in his hand about to pay.
