Pathetic Partnership with Aramex

I placed an order for an international delivery from Nike, which was handled by Aramex, a pathetic excuse for a service delivery company. My expectation was that the goods would arrive between 1 - 11 Nov. i was delighted to see the way the purchase was going to fast from the Netherlands to SA, only to be filled with irritation and anger once it reached SA. Upon calling every day this week, i have been met with numerous reasons as to why my parcel has still not been dispatched for delivery. at one point even being told its not in SA, even though Aramex site was updated to show it was. Every day i have called Aramex this week, i have literally been told the same story. It has cleared customs, and is on a flight from JHB to Cape Town, with delivery expected "tomorrow". At this point i no longer want the boots purchased. when i purchase something from a reputable company as Nike, i expect that they will partner with a company that holds the same values in terms of customer satisfaction. i am one extremely upset customer and am highly disappointed in the quality of service experienced these past few days. rest assured, i will not make the mistake of purchasing from Nike again.
