Parcel delivered to wrong location

I ordered 2pairs of Nike sneakers for my sons. They delivered it to the wrong address in a city 4hours away from my city. I told them to sort it out or refund me for my purchase. They are now telling me that they are not going to correct the mistake or refund me because according to them the parcel was delivered correctly. How can this be possible. A big name brand company telling you that they are not going to fix the problem.
