Online Store service appauling

<p>I've ordered 3 pairs of shoes and paid...it's been almost a month and no delivery. I'm the one who keeps on calling them, no one bothers to give me updates. I called again this morning and they are saying it has been escalated to the senior team...and they only communicate via email meaning I can't do anything about it.</p> <p> </p> <p>I urge everyone not to use the online store and rather buy in store...it's a disgrace from such a big company.</p> <p> </p>
