Online Order from Nike.com/ZA - Not delivered

<p>I placed an order online for shoes on the 28th of November. The order was accepted and payment made, Nike promised delivery between the 2nd and 8th of December. I have been following up with them since the 9th of December and am being given the runaround by the call centre, they are absolutely useless.</p> <p>All I get is that they are investigating but no one gets back to me and there are no updates on my order status. They are now offering to cancell and refund my money, but I ordered on a special and with no delivery charges over December. This is no solution! Come on NIKE you are a big international company, surely you can do better than that.</p>
