Not happening at Nike Clearwater outlet

Hello, I am from Nike Clearwater to change a pair of sneakers,spoken to a woman by the name:Lerato she was so rud and unapologetic about it.i went into the shop told her that was there to change the item she opened the box and ask me who are they supposed to sell to shoe to because I was worn,i then ask her not to talk and ask me that question I am a customer how would I know what you would do with the shoe.then comes Millicent the “manager” manner of approach was way far better that Lerato I explain to her and she explained to me the store policies and made sure I understand of which I did! Didn’t get no joy from Lerato she’s so arrogant and that behavior dealing with customers it’s a No,and what’s worse I went back to her told her that lady please fix your attitude like your managers she didn’t see her wrong doing but kept on exchanging words with me!so people like her in a business they the reason sales drop and I am sure she’s not even about something called “word of mouth” was with my friends and they were shocked how she treat customers! Please do something about her before I take this to the media and before I stop and and making sure people next to me stops supporting Nike.as we speak I am wearing a Nike sneaker and have been a fan from school days till to date those who comes after me at home they do Nike because of my influence then this is what I get from a little girl who bad working ethics! I am a “not happy customer “
