No Guide dogs allowed.

This moring I was at Woodmead centre with my guide dog in training. I walked into the Nike Factory Shop and was stopped immediately, by being told that pets were not allowed into the store. Upon speaking to the manager he insisted on telling me my guide dog was a pet and refused to listen to me. I ended up raising my voice at him at which point he told me I was making his life difficult and he did not appreciate that I was "shouting at him". He refused to allow me and my guide dog into the store, even after me explaining to him several more times that he was not a pet. Each time I said the dog was a guide dog he insisted with me that the dog was a pet.
