No customar service

I bought running shoes from Nike Clearwater store on the Sunday. I normally buy Pegisus but now I bought the Elite zoom range. I have difficult feet to find running shoes for so I asked the sales lady if I can bring it back if it hurts me, like I have done before at the Sweatshop. She said yes I can. After I ran with it the next day it hurt my, I tried again after loosening the lases but same story. When I tried to take it back the store in Clearwater didnt want to help me and said I must email customer service. I am still waiting for my reply via email so I phoned them. They said they will send someone to check the shoes. But I said that there is nothing wrong with the shoes it is my feet. So after a week, they phoned and said I must collect the shoes they cant take it back because it has been used and they cant help me. It was before 30 days and why can other shoe shops do it, and the customer care was shokking at both the store and customer service. On the Nike website there return polisy states that you can take shoes back in the 30 days time but after that no. Well I did, but maybe that is only for the US.<br>
