No box, no refund, even though the NIKE shoes are badly made and torn for no reason

<p>I have two problems with my NIKE Trainers hardly worn. They have started tearing where the plastic joins the material. The soles are un even height. I have been told by Sports Link from Links field they will not look at them without the box. How does the box effect the quality of the shoes. This is not even a request from Nike Head office it is simple a bad attitude to consumers. Admitting they have loads of returns and could not be bothered with the stupid consumer. I am disgusted.</p>
