Nike’s Horrible Customer Service

It seems Nike has ordered staff to be rude to customers giving the worst customer experience ever!!!! The manager at Eastgate store was so rude and arrogant and worst still, her bad behavior was condoned by Nike’s operations manager who says her high authority is the highest in the country and overrides the CEO of Nike !!!! Let Nike not forget that their arrogance, cannot last long ... sooner or later customers get fed up by bad behavior of their sales people ... What I noticed is that’s it’s Nike’s management that is giving their sales people a free ticket to have an arrogant attitude that because their product is “so good” it gives them the right to talk anyhow to customers, harassing customers into using sanitizer when entering the store over sales ... the audacity of the ops manager was that she doesn’t care whether we as consumers spend money with Nike or not as it is immaterial to Nike !!! They don’t care !!! If u buy you buy !!! But their stupid rule of using sanitizer when entering the store must be held high, to the detriment of customers health for those people who are allergic to sanitizers, maybe Nike has’nt read the adverse effect of sanitizer to people’s health ....Nike’s shallow mentality will be to their detriment in the future
