Nike.com ******

I made an order with Nike.com on the 6/04/2020 but due to the lockdown the order was then cancelled and mind you I have already paid for that order the amount of R2674.88. They sent me an email on the 21/4/2020 saying my order was cancelled and my money will be credited to my account in 7 working days up-to-date my money has not been credited every time when I call them they are giving me lame excuses that they have escalated my query. I never expected this from Nike.
