Nike Woodmead Outlet Female Manager is extremely Unprofessional

The soles of Vaporfly range come off quite easily in the most horrible way in the middle of the run. I spoke to Nike Athlete online advisor who I was able to send pictures of the shoes. I was advised to go to the shop for further assistance. I found an unfriendly, accusative manager at Woodmead Retailer, with no name tag and who refused to give me her name even on request. She clearly knows nothing about running or the product she's a manager of. Or Customers service. The shoe is not worth your money, it performs better but not durable at all and the rubbers on the sole come off very prematurely and you end up limping for the rest of the run. The Nike Athlete online assistance was very polite and decent except for the store experience. Even the bra tops I had meant buy I ended up leaving them. I will try other brands.
