Nike shoes shocks quality is poor workmanship

<p>Please can you assist what I can do to sort my wife's Nike shox shoes out.I bought her these shoes over a year ago and she must have worn them probably 8 times motto jog in or anything or do exercises in them just to wear ad a normal day wear.</p> <p>Now that she wants to wear them she saw the shocks on the one shoe is broken off the shoe itself.and its flapping when she walks at the back by the heel.</p> <p> </p> <p>Surely for such a brand and quality like Nike this should not happen at all.I have bought numerous pairs of Nike shoes over the years and never experienced this type of shocking quality from Nike.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can you assist me as to what I can do with this shoe and how can it be replaced or fixed?</p> <p> I do not have the receipt where I bought the shoe from from the retailer and I can send pictures if you like of the shoe and serial numbers etc.</p> <p>These shoes are in very good condition and as I mentioned were only worn around d 8 times.</p> <p> </p>
