Nike shoes pulling apart, barely worn

We recently bought a few pairs of shoes from a Nike store. My husband, myself and our boys. I hardly wear mine which can be seen by the soles and they are pulling apart inside and out and the Nike tick has also come off. My husband's are pulling apart on the soles. I tried returning them at the store but because they are just over 6months old we need to contact head office.

Guess what..... No answer at head office. Ive tried numerous times! And the email address I was given does not respond AT ALL.

PATHETIC after sale service. Looks like Nike is not the brand it used to be.
