Nike Sandton City Mall amazing service

I am often shocked at the terrible service we normally receive when going to Nike stores.

I was in Sandton and had to change an item for bigger size and received absolutely 10/10 service from the manager Pranisha. She really took ownership and was very patient and helpful. Although Sandton isn’t my closest or favorite mall, I will go out of my way to buy from Nike Sandton because of the great service.
