Nike SA order nightmares

Wow! As a collector, mostly only Nikes, i ordered shoes for Christmas in November. 21.01 it still says Order confirmed. The number rings and then after the voice prompt cuts off. The bott takes you in circles then end chat. No email or contact available. Then if you have to try a refund on non delivered shoes it becomes the legality process. I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM NIKE SA! Absolute disaster
