Nike SA online is a ****

Nike SA is the worst company to buy from, 1st it took 2+ weeks to deliver an item I bought on line, then item arrives to me but it is not the right size decided to get my refund. I have been waiting since the 23rd October to get my money back till this day I am waiting.

1. Item purchased 25th July 2. Arrives 1 August 3. Request for a return 2 August 4. 23 August they say they have processed my refund, today it is the 19 September I have never received any money.
