Nike SA, Nike Woodmead Value Mart cashiers *****s

We made a store purchase at Nike factory Woodmead Mart, 27.12.2023. I bought tops only but to my surprise I was charged R600 for shorts I didn't buy. The cashier scanned the price and I asked her whats the discounted price. Then she said 30% off then I said she should leave it, I don't want it. She tossed it aside with things to be put back on the floor. However she didn't remove it from the cash sale. I paid R600 more for shorts I don't have. Please refund me because I don't have those shorts showing on the slip. This is *****. I have since tried to call the store, there's no answer. There's also no email to lodge a complaint.

It is disappointing that Nike SA has no communication channel for lodging complaints and disputes.
