Nike SA... Factory fault or cheap labour products?? 💔

I bought a pair of Nike Air Zoom sneakers in August 2023. The air bubble collapsed i am so disappointed at a sneaker brand that i trust and love. I have been wearing Nike sneakers all my life and this is by far the worst experience. Is this a factory fault? ***
