Nike SA does not do exchanges.

After purchasing a Nike dunk from the Nike website, It didn’t fit. It was way too small, to the point where I thought the incorrect size was delivered. When I contacted customer care to log an exchange, not only did they not have record of my order, they also informed me that they do not do exchanges. Only returns. They collected the shoe and said I will have to order again. But that meant risking it being the wrong size once more, as their sizing system is not accurate at all. When they eventually refunded me, it was R500 short because they deducted the shipping and collection fees. Ordering from them was such an inconvenience and not only do I not have my sneaker, I’m out R500. Would never recommend ordering from Nike to anyone.
