Nike SA

My husband and i bought 4 pairs of Nikes at their Boksburg store in December,the sales man convinced us to but 2pairs each as they were on sale, we have both had endless trouble with the takkies (all 4 pairs)as they cant be worn longer than an hour at the time they cause so much pain to the point that im standing at work with no shoes on . We called Nike SA we were told its not the shoes we were not even given a salutation to our problem. I did tell the gentleman that we always buy nikes and have never had a problem he was not interested that we have been saporting the Nike Brand for years. Very disappointed in how this was handled. So their customer care is none existent its our fault the Nike takkies cause pain in 2 different people. What a waist of money Nike your a world wide brand thought you would have your customer service as a priority.Disappointed!!!
