Nike Running App not syncing and continually crash

Please help. My running app no longer syncs. Nike fuel points are no longer added. I have mailed the Nike Consumer ZA email address multiple times and never got a response. Im getting desperate. Please, I need a technical person to help with the app. I love the app, and have logged over 4200 kms on it, but now its giving so many issues. Please help.
