I recently made an online purchase on the NikeZA website. Upon receiving the goods, I ascertained however that the merchandise was no good and decided to return the items. The return had to be initiated via the website, with Aramex generating a confirmation number for the return and collecting the merchandise on the date stipulated. The date came and went, with no collection by the courier. When I contacted them, they mentioned the number that had been generated was invalid and they could not assist. I therefore decided to contact Nike and attempt to find a solution. They escalated the matter to their Resolutions department, and they reverted with new collection details, a newly generated number (in the same format as the original) and a new pickup date. Again, the same issue was encountered (where the number was not recognised) and the parcel was not collected. I contacted Nike yet again. They said they escalated the matter to Aramex, saying the courier will contact me directly to arrange collection. That was now two weeks ago, and nobody has contacted me in the interim. I have been trying to return the goods for more than a month now (the initial return was initiated on 30th March). I am literally sitting with something I am not using (since its sitting in a box waiting to be collected), nor have I benefited from a refund. All I want to do is return the merchandise and obtain my refund due to me, but I quite simply cannot achieve this simple task. Nobody from either Nike or Aramex is communicating with me and I am completely in the dark as to what is going on.
